Changed your mind? You can cancel and return most items within 14 days of delivery.

Your 14 days

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to send it back. We’ll refund you, including the original standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the item.

Items we can’t take back once opened

For hygiene reasons, sealed toiletries, cosmetics and period products can’t be returned once the seal is broken, unless they’re faulty.

Faulty or damaged?

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or refund you in full.

How to return

1. Email tribepureshop@gmail.com with your order number and what you’re returning.
2. We’ll reply with the return address.
3. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
