Are your products vegan?
Most are. Where one isn’t, the product page says so. For example, our Sacred Lips lip balm contains beeswax.
What does “free from” mean on your products?
It depends on the product, and each product page says exactly what it leaves out. Our toothpastes leave out SLS, triclosan, titanium dioxide and palm oil, our deodorants are aluminium-free, and our laundry range leaves out phosphates, phthalates, parabens, optical brighteners and dyes.
Can I subscribe?
Yes, on toothpaste, laundry and period care. Choose every 4, 6 or 8 weeks on the product page, and skip, swap or cancel any time.
How long does delivery take?
See our delivery page for costs and times.
Can I return something?
Yes, most items within 14 days of delivery. Toiletries, cosmetics and period products can’t be returned once opened unless faulty. Full details are on our returns page.
A product I like is sold out. Will it come back?
Usually, yes. Leave your email on the product page and we’ll let you know the day it’s back.
